How does NDA clickwrap work?
You can require NDA acceptance before access. Acceptances are logged and tied to viewer session/email context for audit.
Do buyers need accounts?
No buyer account is required for public Trust Center and Procurement access when allowed by your policy and share-link rules.
What are Compliance Packs and Security Packets?
Security Packets are buyer-facing exports from a trust center. Compliance Packs are workspace admin exports that bundle evidence, summaries, and governance artifacts.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes on Pro and above. Custom domains include DNS verification and preserve the canonical slug route as a fallback.
How do share links and download limits work?
Share links can be time-bound, revocable, and capped by download limits. Usage is tracked with non-PII activity metrics.
How do export credits work?
Expensive exports consume credits based on a fixed action-cost mapping. You can monitor usage and buy top-ups in billing when available.
How do SSO and SCIM work, and who needs them?
SSO/SCIM are available on higher plans for centralized identity and provisioning. Smaller teams can start without them and enable later when enterprise controls are required.
