RFP and security questionnaire software pricing

Two paths: Private Edition at $40/device/month for unlimited on-device AI, or per-seat cloud plans from $5–$15/seat/month. All plans include a one-month free trial. No credit card required.

The right plan depends on your RFP and questionnaire volume, review routing complexity, trust-center maturity, and whether your team needs governed collaboration across sales, security, legal, and procurement stakeholders.

Direct answer

VeriRFP offers two paths: Private Edition at $40 per device per month for teams that want unlimited on-device AI with zero cloud costs, or four per-seat cloud plans from $5 to $15 per seat per month with metered usage and credit packs for overages. Private Edition is recommended for most teams — your data stays local, no API costs, and every device gets unlimited questionnaires. Cloud plans are priced per seat starting at $5/seat/month for Starter and scaling to $15/seat/month for Enterprise with maximum capacity. All plans include a one-month free trial, no credit card required.

How teams choose the right plan

Smaller teams usually start by replacing spreadsheet-based questionnaire handling and centralizing approved evidence. Higher tiers matter when you need stronger governance around access, identity, buyer-facing portals, and repeatable exports for procurement.
The fastest way to evaluate fit is to compare your current response volume, reviewer time, and diligence delay cost against the linked product surfaces below.

FAQ

Procurement-ready answers for buyers and security teams.

What is a Trust Center vs. Procurement Portal?

Trust Center is the public security surface for policies, docs, and requests. Procurement Portal is a focused buyer workspace for compliance packs, curated docs, and Deal Room Q&A.

How does NDA clickwrap work?

You can require NDA acceptance before access. Acceptances are logged and tied to viewer session/email context for audit.

Do buyers need accounts?

No buyer account is required for public Trust Center and Procurement access when allowed by your policy and share-link rules.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes on Pro and above. Custom domains include DNS verification and preserve the canonical slug route as a fallback.

What are Compliance Packs and Security Packets?

Security Packets are buyer-facing exports from a trust center. Compliance Packs are workspace admin exports that bundle evidence, summaries, and governance artifacts.

How is this justified against our current process?

Teams usually justify the investment by reducing repeated security-engineering interrupts, shortening buyer follow-up loops, and packaging approved evidence in one system. The cleanest model compares your current questionnaire volume, reviewer load, and procurement delay cost against the workflow coverage included in each plan.

How does seat-based pricing work?

Each plan includes a set number of seats (e.g., 3 on Starter, 10 on Pro, 25 on Business). You can add extra seats at a per-plan rate ($3–$9/mo each). This keeps small teams affordable while letting larger orgs scale without switching plans.

How does onboarding work?

We don't hand you an empty tool. Our deployment team maps your existing policies and completed RFPs into a high-fidelity Knowledge Base so your team sees value on day one. Enterprise customers receive premium onboarding and continuous optimization.

Do you offer proof of concepts (POC)?

Yes. For qualified enterprise teams, we can review a recent questionnaire or buyer packet and show how VeriRFP handles intake, evidence mapping, review routing, and buyer-ready delivery before a broader rollout.

How do share links and download limits work?

Share links can be time-bound, revocable, and capped by download limits. Usage is tracked with non-PII activity metrics.

Is Net 30 invoicing available?

Yes. Business and Enterprise plans support Net 30 invoicing for procurement teams that require purchase-order-based billing instead of credit card checkout.

How do SSO and SCIM work, and who needs them?

SSO/SCIM are available on higher plans for centralized identity and provisioning. Smaller teams can start without them and enable later when enterprise controls are required.
