Terms of Service
Last updated: January 5, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of VeriRFP (“VeriRFP”, “we”, “us”) and the VeriRFP website and application (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Customers usually review these terms alongside the pricing page, privacy policy, status surface, and security reporting policy so commercial, operational, and legal expectations are documented in one set of references.
Terms summary for security and revenue operations
VeriRFP supports high-stakes diligence workflows that move between sales, security, legal, and compliance teams. These terms reflect that operating model: customers keep ownership of uploaded material, generated drafts still require human review, and paid workspace access is governed by the active plan and billing terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Workspace content
You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service (including questionnaires and evidence documents). You grant VeriRFP permission to host, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
Customer responsibilities for submissions
Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded evidence, generated response packs, and final submissions are authorized for external sharing. You should not use the Service to publish commitments or assurances your organization has not approved internally.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.
- Do not attempt to access other users’ workspaces or data.
- Do not misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt or overload it.
AI-assisted output
The Service may generate draft answers based on your inputs and evidence. Draft output may be inaccurate and must be reviewed. You are responsible for verifying responses before submission.
Availability and support expectations
VeriRFP may update, improve, or maintain the Service over time. When those changes affect customer operations, status updates, support communication, and incident handling follow the public operational pages linked below. Those pages complement these terms by documenting how customers request help or report issues.
Billing
Paid features are billed per workspace as described in the Service. Taxes and fees may apply. Payments and invoices are handled by our payment providers.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. VeriRFP is not responsible for decisions you make based on generated drafts or exported outputs.
