Where to connect
Open the VeriRFP Settings page inside HubSpot, paste a VeriRFP workspace API key, and link the HubSpot portal to the correct workspace.
VeriRFP lets sales and security teams start a security review from a HubSpot deal, track progress in the deal sidebar, and keep HubSpot deal properties updated as work moves from drafting to approval.
Free to install. Requires a VeriRFP workspace.
Open the VeriRFP Settings page inside HubSpot, paste a VeriRFP workspace API key, and link the HubSpot portal to the correct workspace.
The HubSpot install authenticates the portal. The VeriRFP API key tells the app which workspace should receive new projects and status sync events.
On a deal with no linked project, click Start Security Review. VeriRFP creates a project named from the deal and links it back to the deal automatically.
The card shows current progress, completion percentage, blockers, and a deep-link back into VeriRFP so reviewers can continue work without searching for the project.

The HubSpot app is free to install. Teams use it to connect deals to VeriRFP workflows, then continue on a VeriRFP free trial or paid workspace plan based on their usage.
VeriRFP writes workflow metadata back to the linked HubSpot deal, including status, progress, assignee, due date, blocked reason, and the project link. Your questionnaire content and evidence stay in VeriRFP unless your team explicitly exports them.
Yes. VeriRFP supports Bring Your Own Key AI configurations, so teams that need tighter control over model routing and data handling can keep AI access under their own provider accounts.
Yes. The HubSpot install happens at the portal level, and each portal still needs to be linked to a VeriRFP workspace with that workspace's API key in the Settings screen.
